Tales of Tasty Vegan Meals and Other Musings. Friday, August 14, 2015. Are you guys ready for a mega food dump? I have been hoarding food photos since before Hawaii. So I wanted to share some eats and life lately. We kept our meals super simple before the honeymoon. That rice and chickpea dish was one of my favorites. I love to modify their Greek salad by throwing black beans all over it.
Some of the more interesting parts of my life will be posted here, for anyone who cares. Children are grown, grandchildren are multiplying and life is settling into more of a middle-age style.
